Plus 18% GST, shown separately on every invoice. If your restaurant is GST-registered, that 18% comes back to you as input credit.

We do not run sales. ₹299 is the price in January and in Diwali week, and a price on a ribbon that says "today only" will never appear here.

Nothing is metered

Nothing on the slip is counted.

Most billing software prices the things that grow with your restaurant. EasyKOT has no per-bill, per-KOT, per-terminal or per-user charge, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.

  • Bills a monthUnlimitedPrint as many as the counter can

What is on the slip

One price. Nothing in this list is an add-on.

The whole restaurant, in the one plan. Every feature in depth →

  • The register on any Windows or Mac laptop, or an Android phone
  • KOT printing in rounds, to the kitchen printer or the kitchen screen
  • Any ESC/POS printer network, USB, serial or Bluetooth, with a retry queue
  • GST tax invoices the way CGST Rule 46 asks, from your own settings
  • Captain app for every waiter's phone, over your Wi-Fi
  • Kitchen display on any old monitor or tablet, no internet needed
  • Owner dashboard sales, food cost, P&L and a heatmap, from anywhere
  • AI menu import a PDF or a photo in, the menu live in minutes
What you still need

A machine you probably own, and one printer.

A Windows or Mac laptop, or an Android phone. A thermal printer that speaks ESC/POS: 58 or 80 mm, over Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB or serial, about ₹2,000 to ₹3,000 new if you do not have one. That is the whole shopping list. Nothing is bought from us.

What it does not do yet

Said here, so you do not find out later.

It does not export customer invoices as PDF. An iPhone prints only to a Wi-Fi printer, and only while the app is open. It is not built for a chain of five outlets with franchise reports, and it does not take Zomato or Swiggy orders in. If you need those today, it is not for you yet.

How you pay

Pay once, or let it renew. You pick one at checkout.

Razorpay collects the payment by UPI, card or netbanking, and we never see your card number or your UPI PIN. Two ways to pay, two switches to stop, and a trial that cannot charge you.

PAY ONCE

One payment, and it stops there.

Covers a single month or year. Nothing renews by itself and nothing is kept on file to charge you again. We email you before the period ends so you can pay for the next one if you want to.

AUTOPAY

Approve once, in your own bank or UPI app.

The same amount is collected when the period ends. Your bank sends its own notice at least 24 hours before each collection, naming us, the amount and the date. Under the Reserve Bank's e-mandate rules a recurring payment below ₹15,000 runs without a fresh PIN or OTP, and both plans are far below that.

TO STOP

Two switches. Either one is enough.

In EasyKOT: open Billing and press cancel. One button, no phone call, no notice period, no reason asked. At your bank: cancel the standing instruction in your UPI app or net banking. You do not need our permission and you do not have to tell us.

DAY 90

The trial ends. Your money does not move.

We take no card to start, so there is nothing to charge when the trial ends. We email you a week before. Subscribe and the paid period starts that day; do nothing and the register keeps working for 30 days, with a reminder from day 20, then stops taking new sales until you do.

The three free months are where you decide; a paid period, monthly or yearly, is yours from the day it starts and is not refunded. We do refund our own mistakes: a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, a charge you did not authorise, or a fault we cannot put right. After any paid period ends you keep 30 days of full access to your menu, bills and reports. The whole text is on the refund policy and the terms.

Your numbers

Put in what you pay now. The difference is printed to the rupee.

One slider, your figure. We will not guess a competitor's price for you, and the slider computes your number, never ours.

Subscription before GST. Add the setup fee, the AMC and any module you were quoted separately, if you want the whole figure.
₹9,010
a year more than EasyKOT's yearly plan, at the figure on the slider. Prices before GST on both sides.

EasyKOT yearly: ₹2,990 + GST, first 3 months free. The slider starts at ₹12,000, one Indian restaurant POS plan listed at that figure "ex tax" on its own pricing page, read 16 September 2026; their quote to you may differ. The vendor, the page and the reseller ladder are on our Petpooja price page. Add setup, AMC and hardware on the full calculator.

On paper, a diary or Excel today?

Then there is nothing to cancel and nothing to migrate. Your menu goes in from a photo of it: on a real 321-item restaurant menu the import read every price correctly across 317 rows, and where the printed menu itself gave a dish three prices it flagged all three instead of guessing. The register can be the Android phone you already carry plus a thermal printer of about ₹2,000 to ₹3,000. And a bill book has no answer to a missing serial at audit; the register mints invoice numbers only at first print or settle, so a table that walks out never burns one, and day close prints the issued and cancelled list per series.

Who builds this

You want a till a new cashier can use on a busy Saturday. So did we.

EasyKOT was written at the counter of a forty-seat restaurant, by the people who bill on it, and it has billed that counter every day since. The price is one number because that is the bill we wanted to receive.

Billing software any restaurant can use on day one and afford every month. The price is on the page. Nothing is sold separately.

Questions about the price

The questions owners actually ask about the price.

₹299 a month. What is missing?
Nothing that is on the slip. The register, KOT printing to any ESC/POS printer, the captain app for every waiter's phone, the kitchen display, the owner dashboard and AI menu import are all in the one plan. There is one plan, so there is no higher tier with the rest in it. What is not built yet is listed on this page in plain words: PDF export of customer invoices, Bluetooth printing from an iPhone, multi-outlet reports and Zomato or Swiggy orders.
Is the captain app, the kitchen display or AI menu import charged separately?
No. Nothing is sold as an add-on and nothing is metered. Put the captain app on ten phones, run a kitchen screen at every station, import the menu three times, print a thousand KOTs: the invoice still says ₹299 + GST a month or ₹2,990 + GST a year.
Does the monthly plan have every feature? Does the phone register?
Yes to both. Monthly and yearly are the same product with a different payment date. The phone register on Android does what the laptop register does at the counter: orders, KOTs, GST bills, the cash box and day close. The two limits are the iPhone ones: an iPhone takes orders and prints to a Wi-Fi printer while the app is open, and it cannot print over Bluetooth.
Does anything change after I start paying?
No. There is no trial version and no paid version, only the product, which is what you ran for three months. Nothing that worked in the trial is taken away when the invoice starts, and nothing new is switched on that you did not already have.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Signup asks for a name, an email and a phone number. There is nothing on file to charge when the trial ends, so the end of the trial cannot cost you money.
What happens when the 3 months end?
We email you a week before. If you subscribe, the paid period starts from that day and you lose none of the free time. If you do nothing, your data stays exactly where it is and the register keeps working for 30 days, showing a reminder from day 20. From day 30 it stops taking new sales until you subscribe.
Pay once or AutoPay: which should I pick?
Pay once if you want no standing instruction: one UPI, card or netbanking payment covers the period, and we email you before it ends. AutoPay if you never want to think about it: your bank collects the same amount when the period ends, sends you its own notice at least 24 hours before, and because the amount is far below the Reserve Bank's ₹15,000 limit for recurring payments it never asks for your PIN again after the first approval. Both stop with one button in Billing.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my bills?
Open Billing in the owner dashboard and press cancel. No call, no notice period, no reason asked. The period you paid for runs to its end. After that you keep 30 days of full access to your menu, bills and reports. A paid period is not refunded; the three free months are where you decide.
Is there a setup charge, or a charge for a second counter?
No setup fee, no AMC, no per-terminal fee. A second laptop on the same Wi-Fi joins the same store at no charge, and so does a kitchen screen or a waiter's phone. You bring the laptop or Android phone you already own and a thermal printer.
Is GST shown on my EasyKOT invoice?
Yes. 18% on its own line, with our GSTIN and yours if you have given it to us. A GST-registered restaurant claims that 18% back as input credit, so for a registered outlet the tax is not part of the real cost.
Will it work with the printer I already have?
If it speaks ESC/POS, which is nearly every 58mm and 80mm thermal receipt printer sold in India, yes. We publish no brand list because the only honest test is your own printer: add it, print the test slip, and see the width ruler come out right. From the laptop: network, USB, serial and Bluetooth. From an Android phone: Bluetooth and Wi-Fi printers.
Does billing stop when the internet goes?
No. The register, KOT printing and settle run on the laptop's own database. The footer shows "Offline · sales keep working", and the dashboard catches up when the connection returns.
I already pay for billing software. Can I run both for a while?
Yes. Three months is long enough to run EasyKOT beside what you have and switch at your renewal date. Import the menu from a photo of it, bill a few tables, and decide with your own numbers.
What will it cost in year two?
There is one price and it is printed here: ₹299 + GST a month or ₹2,990 + GST a year. We do not run sales, so it is the same price in January and in Diwali week. If it ever changes, you will read the new figure on this page before it reaches any invoice, and a period you have already paid for is never repriced.
