Petpooja's price in 2026 — the plans that are public, and what a year adds up to.
Petpooja does not print a price on its website. Its reseller listings do — ₹6,000 to ₹40,000 a year, plus 18% GST, billed annually. Here are those numbers as they read on 7 September 2026, what add-ons mean in this category, and what ₹299 a month buys instead — without a bad word about anyone.
Yeh numbers kahan se aaye.
Petpooja is the largest restaurant billing software in India, and it sells the way most of this category sells: a demo, then a quote. There is no price on petpooja.com. What is public is the listing its resellers maintain on SoftwareSuggest, which carries per-plan yearly prices. We read that page on 7 September 2026 and copied the numbers below without changing them.
Two cautions, stated up front. The quote you get may differ from the listing — resellers price differently, and bundles with hardware change the total. And this page says nothing about the quality of their product; the pilot restaurant EasyKOT was built inside runs Petpooja today, and its owner's renewal invoice is the one first-hand number we have — which we are not publishing, because it is someone else's invoice.

Source: the Petpooja listing on SoftwareSuggest (softwaresuggest.com/petpooja/pricing), read 7 September 2026. All plans listed as billed annually, GST extra. The GST and per-month columns are our arithmetic on the listed figures; GST is shown as its own line, the way every Indian invoice shows it. Petpooja's own quote may differ; confirm with them before deciding anything.
Read the shape rather than any one number: the entry plan is ₹500 a month before GST and the plan a growing restaurant is steered towards is ₹1,700–2,500 a month before GST, paid a year ahead. Whether that is expensive depends entirely on what is in it — which is the next section.
Base plan register hai; baaki alag se.
In this category the base plan is generally the billing register, and the things a restaurant asks for next — a waiter app, a kitchen display, online-ordering integration, loyalty, WhatsApp messaging — are sold as separate modules, each with its own yearly price. That is not a trick; it is how the industry prices. But it is why two restaurants on the same product can pay very different totals, and why a first quote and a renewal invoice can look nothing alike.
- Ask for the modules in writing. "Waiter app, KDS, reports on my phone, two terminals — what is the yearly price for each, and what is the total?" A written answer is the only number worth comparing.
- Ask what the hardware costs and whether it is yours. A bundled tablet or printer is often priced into year one and locked to the software. A printer that speaks ESC/POS works with any register; a locked one works with one.
- Ask what the renewal is. The first-year figure is a marketing figure. The second-year figure is the price.
Side by side — apne numbers daalo.
EasyKOT has one price and everything is in it: ₹299 a month or ₹2,990 a year, plus 18% GST shown as its own line. The captain app on every waiter's phone, the kitchen display, a second or third terminal, offline billing, GST invoices, reports and expenses — included, not modules. It runs on the Windows or Mac laptop you own and the ESC/POS thermal printer you own. There is no setup fee and no contract; the first three months are free with no card.
| Year one | Petpooja, entry plan as listed | Petpooja, Electron Growth as listed | EasyKOT, annual |
|---|---|---|---|
| Software, per year | ₹6,000 | ₹20,000 | ₹2,990 |
| GST at 18% | ₹1,080 | ₹3,600 | ₹538 |
| Waiter app, kitchen display, extra terminal | ask for the quote | ask for the quote | included |
| Hardware | ask for the quote | ask for the quote | your own laptop + printer |
| Setup | ask for the quote | ask for the quote | ₹0 |
| First 3 months | paid | paid | free |
The Petpooja columns carry only what the reseller listing states; everything marked "ask for the quote" is deliberately left blank rather than guessed. Put your own quote in and the comparison is yours.
What ₹299 a month looks like at the counter: the clip below is the real register settling a table — the settle sheet, UPI, the GST receipt — recorded with the register offline, because that is how it runs.
Renewal se pehle, ek dopahar.
The switch is a menu and a printer. Photograph or export your menu, drop it into the dashboard's AI import and check the grid (the pilot's 321-item menu came through with zero wrong prices), add the thermal printer you already own, run both systems side by side for a service or two, and move the counter over on a quiet day. Your old bills stay in the old system — keep that login until your CA has what they need. The full path is in the set up your restaurant guide, and the trial is long enough to do it before a renewal date rather than after.
Nothing on this page is legal or financial advice, and none of it is a claim about another company's product beyond what its public listing states. If a number here is out of date, tell us on WhatsApp and we will correct it the same day.
